The 2026 national two sessions were held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing from 4 to 12 March. During the sessions, Linkage Group organised learning and exchange activities in multiple formats and channels. After the sessions closed, Sun Libin, CPPCC member and chairman of Linkage Group, returned to the company and immediately convened a special meeting to convey the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and of the two sessions to the management and core staff of the group and its subsidiaries, requiring everyone to study and understand them deeply and to deploy their implementation in light of the company's actual work.
At the meeting, Chairman Sun Libin conveyed the core content of the 15th Five-Year Plan and the Report on the Work of the Government, focusing on detailed interpretation of directions relevant to the company such as the digital economy, scientific and technological innovation, artificial intelligence, consumption boosting and private sector development.
The chairman noted that this year's two sessions were a highly important meeting held at the critical juncture of launching the 15th Five-Year Plan. The series of important speeches the General Secretary delivered during the sessions provide the fundamental guidance for our work now and in the period ahead. The Report on the Work of the Government delivered by Premier Li Qiang explained the core content of the 15th Five-Year Plan outline and injected strong confidence into industry development. For Linkage Group and indeed the whole industry, this is both a directional guide and a development opportunity.
Combining the spirit of the two sessions with industry trends, Chairman Sun Libin made specific arrangements for the company's next phase of work. He set out the group's strategic layout in culture and tourism, education and healthcare, centred on AI large models, AI plus robotics and big data platforms, and scheduled the advancement plans for the relevant businesses.
The chairman pointed out that Linkage Group should take the spirit of the two sessions as its guide, firmly grasp the historic opportunity, stay anchored to its annual targets, persist in innovation-driven development, deepen its AI plus application platforms, unite its teams, and push hard for high-quality development and new breakthroughs.
